python question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.So I have this python assignment that needs to be done in Google Colab. I have attached the file (Assignment.py and Assignment.ipynb which are he same thing) to this post.There is 5 steps that need to be done which are labeled inside the assignment. I have done step 1 and 2, but I need help with step 3, 4 and 5.If you are not familiar with the problem don’t pick this question, someone did that and after 2 days they told me they can’t do it.Requirements: Described above   |   .doc file
